The Coalition of Iowa Athletic Trainers is the Iowa AT Political Action Committee

The IowaATPAC was established in 2024 and works on behalf of athletic trainers in Iowa to enhance the level of health care for all Iowans who are treated by athletic trainers.

We work to support athletic trainers and all Iowans by supporting candidates for public office who share our interests and values

IowaATPAC is the voice of the athletic training profession, is a state group that provides campaign contributions to approved candidates on behalf of the Iowa Athletic Trainer’s Society.  IowaATPAC is a nonpartisan group who will contribute primarily to candidates for the Iowa Senate and Iowa House of Representatives.

The IowaATPAC is separately incorporated and operates under its own bylaws and articles of incorporation, and is governed by the IowaATPAC Board of Directors.  

A political action committee is a private group that bands together to support candidates for public office.
